 The area that I am still working on for myself and hopefully others is Weight Loss.....Pounds of Pain?

 My wound is weight. I am determined to understand if mine is a protective shield - example "pounds of pain", that my  body has adapted to, based on my work with survivors of abuse.

 I have noticed weight loss from a few minor changes to my lifestyle, one being the new Crystal Amethyst BioMat®. The other is that I am retiring from my full time job this fall. This is a journey that I am on and I will keep you posted as I sail along.
